In this dynamic position, you will enjoy weekly variety by working an average of 40 hours per week across the year. To help you manage your personal and professional life, you will receive your roster seven days in advance, with your core working hours confirmed three days prior. Key responsibilities and duties in this role typically include:
- Attending to roadside vehicle breakdowns and performing diagnostic tests to identify mechanical and electrical faults.
- Delivering efficient, high-quality vehicle repairs at the roadside to get members back on their journey as quickly and safely as possible.
- Providing exceptional customer service, offering clear and reassuring advice to stranded motorists.
- Managing vehicle parts, equipment, and tools effectively to ensure high first-time fix rates.
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines while working in various roadside and traffic environments.
