Busy Bees, the UK’s leading nursery group with nearly 400 nurseries across the country and more overseas, is currently seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our team on a full-time basis in St. Mary Bourne, Andover. We are dedicated to giving every child the best start in life, and this is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional to step into a key leadership position.
As a Room Leader at Busy Bees, you will oversee multiple rooms and ensure that educational strategies are seamlessly integrated across the centre. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will inspire and mentor your team to achieve the highest standards of care and learning, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for all children in your care.
Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Leading and supporting the nursery team to deliver exceptional standards of childcare and early education.
- Overseeing multiple rooms and ensuring educational strategies are effectively implemented.
- Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that promotes children’s development and well-being.
- Building strong, positive partnerships with parents and carers.
- Observing, assessing, and planning for children’s individual learning journeys in line with established frameworks.
- Maintaining compliance with all health, safety, and safeguarding policies and procedures.
This full-time position offers a salary of £28,808 per year.
