We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Wallasey, Merseyside, with an annual salary of £27,072.

As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager, your responsibilities will typically include:
- Supporting the Restaurant General Manager in the daily operations of the store to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Leading, coaching, and motivating team members to deliver high standards of food quality, speed, and customer service.
- Assisting with team training, shift management, and fostering a positive, inclusive working environment.
- Helping to manage stock control, food safety standards, and restaurant cleanliness in line with company policies.
- Contributing to overall restaurant performance goals, driving sales, and maintaining operational efficiency.
