As an Area Manager at our Woodside Estate location in Dunstable, you’ll make sure your site is running as smoothly as it should so that we can meet customer demand.
In this full-time position offering a salary of £37,431 per year, you will be leading a team that helps keep our operations safe, efficient, and of a high quality. You will also take on a number of projects across our network to drive productivity and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Managing and leading a diverse team of associates within a fast-paced fulfillment and distribution environment.
- Ensuring all safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Overseeing daily shift operations, resolving bottlenecks, and maintaining seamless workflow execution.
- Driving process improvement initiatives and participating in network-wide projects to enhance overall efficiency.
- Supporting team development, engagement, and communication across the shift.
