Ausdocs GP Consulting is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified VR General Practitioner to join the team at Cleveland Medical on a full-time basis. This opportunity has become available due to practice growth and the recent departure of a team member, making it an ideal time for a motivated medical professional to step into an established patient base.
Cleveland Medical operates as a private mixed-billing clinic backed by supportive GP owners and a highly experienced support team. The practice is committed to providing quality patient care and ensuring practitioners have the administrative and clinical environment they need to thrive.
In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will typically include:
- Providing comprehensive, high-quality primary healthcare services to a diverse patient demographic
- Conducting consultations, diagnosing conditions, and developing ongoing management and treatment plans
- Performing preventative health assessments, chronic disease management, and minor procedures as appropriate
- Collaborating effectively with practice nurses, reception staff, and allied health professionals
- Maintaining accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient medical records using modern practice management software
The successful applicant will benefit from a competitive 35% service fee structure (retaining 65% of billings), alongside a guaranteed hourly rate for the initial three months of employment. To help ease the transition, the practice is also offering a relocation or sign-on incentive for direct applications, with additional incentives available for interested candidates.
