As a Senior Hairdresser/Barber, your day-to-day work will involve delivering high-quality grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences. You will be responsible for executing modern techniques, maintaining a clean and professional workspace, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Performing precision haircuts, styling, and modern cutting techniques
- Specialising in contemporary men’s grooming, including skin fades and textured crop cuts
- Providing expert beard sculpting, shaping, and precision beard trims
- Consulting with clients to understand their style goals and recommending appropriate grooming routines and retail products
- Maintaining high standards of sanitation, hygiene, and workstation cleanliness in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and professional salon environment alongside fellow team members
This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary of A$79,500.
