Caffe Primo Munno Para is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager for a full-time position located in the Craigmore and Playford Area, operating from our location at 77 & 78/600 Main North Road, Smithfield. We are looking for one enthusiastic professional to join our team and help us continue our tradition of delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Our restaurant is built on the concept of providing good quality meals made with fresh ingredients at reasonable prices for all to enjoy. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in upholding these standards and ensuring the ongoing success of our establishment. We offer a competitive salary package ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
Key responsibilities for this full-time role typically include:
- Overseeing daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Managing, mentoring, and scheduling floor and kitchen staff to maintain high service standards
- Delivering warm, attentive customer service and promptly resolving any guest inquiries or feedback
- Monitoring inventory, managing stock levels, and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the venue
- Working collaboratively with ownership and team members to drive daily performance and uphold the Caffe Primo brand vision
