As a Registered Nurse with Juniper Aged Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-standard clinical care and supporting the daily health needs of our residents. Your responsibilities will typically involve assessing resident needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and mentoring care staff to ensure best practices are maintained at all times.
To be successful in this position, candidates should hold current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and bring a professional, person-centred approach to aged care. Experience working within the aged care sector or a similar clinical environment is highly valued, along with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting older adults.
