- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the store team to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets
- Delivering a premium customer service experience and setting the benchmark for the team
- Focusing on succession planning and team development, taking pride in seeing others grow and reach their full potential
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring the store environment reflects the KOOKAI brand aesthetic
- Assisting with daily operational tasks, inventory management, and administration as required
