Currently experiencing a period of growth and with exciting commercial projects continuing into 2027, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our thriving team on a part-time basis in the Perth CBD.
As a Site Manager at BADGE Constructions, you will play a crucial role in overseeing on-site construction operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, to the highest quality standards, and on schedule. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to coordinate day-to-day site activities.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Managing on-site construction activities and coordinating trades to maintain project schedules.
- Ensuring strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Monitoring construction quality and workmanship to meet company standards and project specifications.
- Overseeing site logistics, plant, and equipment utilization.
- Fostering positive working relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
- Maintaining accurate site records, diaries, and progress reports.
To be successful in this role, you will bring a proven background in commercial construction management, accompanied by strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Your practical knowledge of construction methodologies, site safety protocols, and contract administration will be essential as you help drive our continued success in the Perth market.
