Key responsibilities typically include:
- Evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific recovery goals.
- Educating patients, families, and caregivers on techniques and strategies to support ongoing progress.
- Documenting patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and occupational therapists to provide comprehensive rehabilitation care.
This part-time position offers an annual salary of $67,488.
