Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, is seeking a qualified BE/BC Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon to join our dynamic team in Loma Linda, San Bernardino County. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional interested in an academic and clinical teaching position within a collegial, faith-based environment.
As part of our established and very busy practice, you will work alongside a robust team of over 20 orthopaedic surgeons on staff and help guide a total of 25 orthopaedic surgery residents currently in training. Our state-of-the-art outpatient rehabilitation treatment center is conveniently located at Loma Linda University Medical Center.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing comprehensive patient care specializing in adult reconstructive and total joint orthopaedic surgery.
- Participating actively in the education, mentorship, and clinical training of orthopaedic surgery residents.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary medical staff, surgical teams, and rehabilitation professionals at Loma Linda University Medical Center.
- Engaging in departmental clinical activities, research initiatives, and academic meetings as appropriate for a faculty appointment.
- Maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, ethics, and patient-centered care consistent with our faith-based mission.
Compensation details for this position indicate a salary of $121,434 per year.
Candidates must possess board eligibility or board certification (BE/BC) in orthopaedic surgery, with specialized fellowship training or a strong focus in adult reconstructive and joint replacement procedures.
