All Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our care team on a full-time basis, serving clients across the Freshwater and Isle of Wight area. In this rewarding role, you will provide essential daily care and assistance to individuals living in their own homes, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve assisting clients with personal care routines, supporting them with daily household tasks and meal preparation, administering medication as directed, and providing meaningful companionship and social interaction.
We offer a competitive compensation structure, with weekday rates ranging from £13.00 to £13.43 per hour, weekend rates up to £13.93 per hour, and block-paid rates reaching £14.00 per hour. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays, ensuring your hard work and dedication are properly recognized and rewarded.
