Milgate Motel, operated by Kaya Hotels Pty Ltd, is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Motel Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Located in the welcoming area of Shannon Brook within the Richmond Valley, our property is committed to offering comfortable, well-maintained rooms and ensuring a pleasant, convenient stay for every guest who walks through our doors.
In this full-time Motel Manager role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accommodation, ensuring efficient administration, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across the facility. This position offers a competitive salary package ranging from A$70,000 to A$90,000 per year, commensurate with your background and capability in hospitality and motel operations.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Managing front-of-house operations, including guest check-ins, reservations, and general inquiries.
- Overseeing housekeeping and maintenance schedules to ensure all facilities and guest rooms remain clean, safe, and comfortable.
- Handling day-to-day administration, operational consistency, and problem resolution to support overall business objectives.
- Delivering reliable, professional customer service to uphold the positive reputation of the motel.
- Coordinating with staff or service providers to maintain smooth daily workflows and facility management.
