Respect Aged Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a full-time Personal Care Assistant in the Ingham and broader Hinchinbrook area. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal care routines, supporting their mobility, and promoting their independence and well-being. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary care team to deliver person-centred care plans, monitor resident health needs, and maintain accurate documentation while ensuring a safe, welcoming, and comfortable living environment.

Key responsibilities of the Personal Care Assistant position include:
- Providing compassionate, person-centred personal care and hygiene support to residents
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, mobility, and nutritional needs
- Observing and reporting any changes in resident health or well-being to senior nursing staff
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful living environment in accordance with facility standards
- Communicating effectively and sensitively with residents, their families, and fellow team members
- Participating in ongoing training and team meetings to uphold high standards of care
