Known for a strong design ethos and a collaborative, creative office culture, this firm offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to shape iconic large-scale projects both nationally and internationally.
In this leadership role, you will be instrumental in driving high-profile developments within a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with a talented team, guiding projects from concept through to completion while providing valuable mentorship to emerging staff members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the design and delivery of large-scale multi-residential and mixed-use projects
- Overseeing and managing project phases to ensure high standards of design and technical execution
- Collaborating closely with internal team members, consultants, and clients
- Mentoring and supporting junior and intermediate team members in a creative studio setting
- Contributing to the firm’s strong design culture and collaborative office environment
