Located in the White Gum Valley area within the Fremantle region, this is a wonderful opportunity to work with a well-established company with a global presence and a history spanning over 100 years.
As part of our dedicated Bathroom Life team in Fremantle, you will play a key role in helping customers bring their renovation and new home visions to life. Whether clients are inspired by popular home improvement programs or embarking on their own custom projects, you will guide them through our extensive range of top brands and products.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Providing expert advice and personalized service to retail customers, builders, and tradespeople
- Assisting clients with product selection for bathrooms, kitchens, and laundries
- Guiding customers through the design and quotation process for new builds and renovations
- Maintaining a clean, inspiring, and well-organized showroom environment
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience from initial enquiry to final delivery

While previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn about our industry-leading products are essential.
