JobRadars – AU is currently seeking a Senior Development Manager to join the team on a part-time basis in the Perth CBD, Perth area. In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage end-to-end land development projects, coordinating consultants, approvals, construction, and land titling to ensure successful project outcomes.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve delivering results through comprehensive feasibility analysis, financial modelling, rigorous milestone tracking, and effective risk and problem-solving strategies. You will play a key part in driving large-scale residential communities and master-planned developments forward.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and overseeing end-to-end land development projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinating external consultants, managing approval processes, and overseeing construction and land titling phases.
- Conducting detailed feasibility analysis and financial modelling to inform strategic decisions.
- Tracking project milestones and proactively identifying and resolving risks and operational challenges.
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to secure necessary approvals and support community delivery.
