UGL Group is currently seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in the Gosford Area within the Central Coast NSW Region. UGL Transport is a vertically integrated transport and rail business operating as a 50/50 joint venture between UGL Pty Ltd and the Sojitz Corporation. With a proud legacy of over 125 years originating in Newcastle, we design, manufacture, and maintain rolling stock and rail infrastructure, operate and maintain transport networks, and deliver advanced train systems and critical communications across Australia and New Zealand.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing service execution, maintaining high operational standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success. While the specific project scope is expansive, your day-to-day focus will center on effective management, resource coordination, and driving performance excellence.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Managing day-to-day service delivery operations and aligning performance with contractual and operational requirements.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Monitoring service quality, identifying areas for process improvement, and implementing effective solutions.
- Managing resources, budgets, and timelines efficiently to meet organizational goals.
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards across all activities.
