In this role, you will play a vital part in building strong customer relationships and delivering expert solutions to key industrial customers. You will utilize your industry knowledge to support clients with their hydraulic and pneumatic requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving ongoing business growth within a dynamic team environment.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Delivering expert technical and product solutions for hydraulic and industrial fluid power applications
- Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with key industrial customers
- Processing internal sales orders, inquiries, and providing quotations in a timely manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell a diverse range of fluid power and pneumatic products
