Wellways Australia, a leading provider of disability and mental health services, is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Wellways Connect & Empower Program Worker. This part-time position offers 15.2 hours per week and is based in the Forthside and Devonport area, with operations extending to Burnie, Tasmania.
In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting participants through the Connect & Empower Program, helping individuals achieve their goals, build capacity, and connect with their communities. You will work collaboratively within a supportive team environment to deliver person-centred services that align with Wellways’ core values of reconciliation, lived experience, and inclusivity.
The successful candidate will receive an hourly pay rate between $44.58 and $47.97, classified under SCHADS Level 4B. In addition to a competitive hourly wage, employment benefits include leave loading, superannuation, and attractive salary packaging options that can enhance your take-home pay.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
