Based at our Sunshine site within the Brimbank area, this full-time opportunity places you at the heart of our Mesh business where you will play a key role in shaping our overall performance and operational success.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will take ownership of leading wire and mesh manufacturing and despatch processes. Your day-to-day focus will be on maintaining high standards, ensuring all production outputs meet strict quality and ACRS accreditation requirements while actively working to minimise waste and drive efficiency.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Leading and supporting the afternoon shift team across wire and mesh manufacturing and despatch operations.
- Ensuring all manufactured outputs strictly adhere to quality benchmarks and ACRS accreditation standards.
- Minimising operational waste and identifying opportunities for resource efficiency.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives centered around workplace safety and manufacturing excellence.
- Fostering a positive, safety-first team culture aligned with company values and operational goals.
