Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve performing essential daily assistance tasks to meet the personal needs of the residents. We are looking for compassionate professionals who can handle these responsibilities with patience, empathy, and a high standard of care.
- Provide direct support with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Assist residents with feeding and ensure proper nutritional intake
- Perform physical mobilizations and scheduled postural changes
- Administer oral medication in accordance with established medical guidelines
- Offer constant emotional accompaniment and support to enhance residents’ well-being
