We operate as the fastest-growing digital business in the recreational boating space, bringing together a talented crew of techies, creatives, marketers, closers, and customer advocates who push the boundaries of technology to make buying, selling, and renting boats easy for users around the globe.
In this internship role, you will play an important part in supporting our growing community of boat owners and renters within the German-speaking market. You will assist customers with their inquiries, help facilitate smooth booking processes, and ensure exceptional service delivery across our online marketplace. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in customer relations, travel operations, and e-commerce within a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- Native or bilingual proficiency in German, alongside a strong command of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- A proactive mindset, enthusiasm for problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
- An interest in the travel, tourism, or digital marketplace industries.
