As a Registered Nurse in our inpatient rehab unit, your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, and closely monitoring patient progress. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physicians—to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care. Educating patients and their families on post-discharge care and rehabilitation exercises will also be an important part of your daily routine.
We are looking for a qualified nursing professional who holds a valid RN license and possesses a strong commitment to rehabilitation nursing and patient advocacy. Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced inpatient healthcare environment are essential for success in this role.
