In this role, you will provide specialized outpatient nephrology care across two clinic locations. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, featuring standard 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break. You will manage approximately 15 patients per shift, focusing on comprehensive outpatient evaluations and treatment plans.
Key responsibilities and expectations for the position include:
- Providing expert outpatient nephrology consultations and ongoing patient management
- Handling required patient admissions as part of your clinical duties
- Conducting patient care without the requirement of performing dialysis procedures
- Managing your patient load with no dialysis rounding obligations
- Collaborating with healthcare support staff across two designated clinic locations
