Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Assessing patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional capabilities in relation to daily living and working tasks
- Developing individualized treatment plans aimed at improving, recovering, or maintaining the skills needed for daily functioning and independence
- Guiding patients through therapeutic activities and exercises
- Recommending specialized equipment and home or workplace modifications to enhance safety and accessibility
- Collaborating closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to monitor progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with facility and professional standards
Position compensation details:
- Salary: $137,445 per year (adjusted appropriately for part-time hours)
