Banner Health is currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team in the Phoenix West Valley area, serving the Guadalupe and greater Maricopa County communities. As a valued member of the Banner Urgent Care team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered acute care. We are expanding our services across multiple West Valley locations and are currently interviewing qualified professionals for these positions.
Key responsibilities and expectations for this role typically include:
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients presenting with a wide range of acute illnesses and minor injuries.
- Ordering, interpreting, and performing diagnostic tests and laboratory procedures as clinically indicated.
- Developing and executing comprehensive patient treatment plans and prescribing appropriate medications.
- Providing patient education regarding preventative health, illness management, and post-visit care instructions.
- Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential electronic medical records for all patient encounters.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary medical staff, support personnel, and integrated health networks to ensure coordinated care.

To qualify, candidates must be licensed Nurse Practitioners with previous experience in urgent care, family practice, or a closely related acute care setting.
