As an RN Surgery Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other multidisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure a safe, efficient, and supportive operating room experience. You will monitor patient status, administer medications as prescribed, maintain sterile fields, and provide clear communication and reassurance to patients and their families throughout the surgical process.
