Headway is seeking a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a remote position based in Indian Orchard, Hampden County. In this role, you will provide professional mental health counseling and therapy services to clients in a telehealth environment. Key requirements for this position include:
- Holding a valid, active LMFT license at a Master’s level or above

- Comfort and proficiency with remote, telehealth-based service delivery
Compensation for this position is listed at $99,027 per year, with potential hourly earnings ranging from $90 to $127 an hour depending on practice volume and rate structures.
