Amazon Cabling Infrastructure & Technology is currently seeking a talented Design Engineer and Project Manager to join our growing and innovative global team on a full-time basis. Based in the vibrant area of Charing Cross, Central London, this role focuses on designing and implementing robust ICT infrastructure to support Amazon’s dynamic portfolio of corporate offices across the EMEA region.
In this position, you will be a key driver of operational excellence, raising the bar across all aspects of the project delivery process to provide our internal and external customers with a seamless IT delivery experience. We are looking for an exceptional individual who brings a successful track record and a progressive career history within ICT structured cabling and cabling infrastructure technology.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Designing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive ICT structured cabling solutions for corporate office environments.
- Managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to technical standards, and alignment with stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional global teams, vendors, and contractors to maintain high standards of quality and operational efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovative approaches within project delivery and IT infrastructure deployment.
- Ensuring all cabling and technology installations comply with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive and fixed salary of £53,954 per year.
