We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Edlington Moor, Woodhall Spa, with a competitive salary of £32,000 to £35,000 per year.
As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager at KFC, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the restaurant. We champion people who are original, individual, and fresh. You will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and team development.
Your day-to-day responsibilities in this leadership role typically include:
- Supporting the Restaurant General Manager in the overall daily operations and financial performance of the store.
- Leading, coaching, and motivating team members to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high operational standards.
- Ensuring adherence to all food safety, health and safety, and security regulations.
- Assisting with inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
- Helping with staff training, scheduling, and fostering a positive, inclusive working environment.
- Resolving customer inquiries and ensuring every visitor enjoys the classic KFC experience.
