Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Managing day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Leading, training, coaching, and developing restaurant team members and shift supervisors.
- Monitoring financial performance, including labor costs, inventory, and sales targets.
- Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, food safety, and security standards.
- Resolving customer inquiries and feedback promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Fostering a fun, collaborative, and motivating team culture aligned with the Taco Bell brand values.
