Based at our Dubbo branch in the Bunglegumbie area, this is a full-time opportunity where you will lead a small, local team and take full ownership of branch operations. Reporting directly to the ARC Metalcentre Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer retention, and expanding market share while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence, safety, and financial performance.
Key responsibilities in this leadership role include:
- Setting clear safety standards and fostering a proactive safety culture across the branch
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a small team to achieve high performance
- Driving business growth by pursuing revenue opportunities and ensuring high levels of customer retention
- Managing day-to-day branch operations to deliver strong financial and operational outcomes
- Collaborating with senior management to align branch goals with broader company strategies
