As a Waiter Assistant, your mission is to provide a correct, attentive, and cordial service to all guests. You will be responsible for upholding high standards of quality at all times, paying special attention to customer service, and ensuring that all food and beverage presentations meet the required standards before they are delivered to guests, thereby guaranteeing total guest satisfaction.
Primary functions and responsibilities for this role include:
- Carrying out and ensuring the complete fulfillment of instructions provided by your immediate supervisor regarding daily operations and service protocols.
- Assisting the front-of-house team with food and beverage service, table setting, and clearing to maintain an efficient workflow in the dining areas.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your assigned work areas in accordance with company health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Interacting professionally and courteously with hotel guests, anticipating their needs, and helping to resolve any service requests promptly.
- Collaborating closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of orders.
