Trabajos En Canarian Hospitality is seeking an Oficial de Servicio Técnico to join the team at Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas in Playa del Ingles, España. In this role, you will be an essential part of the technical services team, ensuring that hotel facilities meet high standards of safety, comfort, and operational efficiency for all guests.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Performing daily routines and preventive maintenance tasks directly within hotel guest rooms.
- Responding quickly and efficiently to any maintenance service calls or urgent requests as they arise across the property.
- Executing the established preventive maintenance program to guarantee that all equipment and designated areas are kept up to the required standards.
- Assisting with the implementation and execution of property energy conservation programs.
- Recommending practical improvements to the overall maintenance system and daily operational workflows.
