domestiko.com is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor (Monitor/a de Gimnasia) to lead a specialized physical activity session tailored for older adults. This rewarding opportunity takes place in a wonderful outdoor setting along the coast, specifically at Playa de la Patacona in Valencia, with operations based out of the Bétera area.
This is a specific, single-day engagement scheduled for July 29th, operating during the morning hours from 9:00 to 13:00. If you have a passion for promoting active aging and health through movement, this role offers a great platform to make a positive impact on the community.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Preparing and leading targeted physical sessions focusing on mobility, gentle stretching, coordination, and soft gymnastics.
- Adapting all exercises dynamically to suit the varying physical capacities, needs, and safety of the participating older adults.
- Fostering an inclusive, engaging, and motivating group environment throughout the morning event.
- Ensuring the well-being and comfort of all participants during the outdoor seaside activity.
