As an Activities Manager at David Lloyd Clubs, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing your team of activity professionals, ensuring full alignment with the core values of David Lloyd Clubs.
- Guaranteeing a premium member experience by maintaining a constant, rigorous focus on exceptional service quality, operational standards, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborating with club leadership to drive engagement, participation, and business results across all activity programs.
