Lifted, an Upwork Company™, is currently seeking strong communicators for an exciting Home Consultant project supporting Airbnb’s prestigious Luxe program in the stunning Amalfi Coast region of Italy. If you possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury hospitality, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the exceptional quality and standards expected from world-class properties.
As a Home Consultant within our Managed Services program, you will play a vital role in upholding the reputation of Airbnb Luxe. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting thorough in-person home assessments, documenting overall property conditions, capturing high-quality photographs, and compiling comprehensive evaluation reports. These detailed assessments directly support our rigorous luxury quality review process.
We are looking for professionals who excel in interpersonal communication and have a strong commitment to excellence. Ideal candidates will be comfortable engaging with property owners and managers, managing their time effectively, and delivering accurate documentation for each assigned location along the Amalfi Coast.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Conducting scheduled in-person home assessments at designated luxury properties
- Evaluating and documenting property conditions in accordance with program guidelines
- Capturing clear, professional photographs to visually support property evaluations
- Compiling and submitting detailed evaluation reports in a timely manner
- Communicating professionally and effectively with property stakeholders and the Lifted team
