Groupe Randstad France is seeking a dedicated and motivated professional to join their team as an AGENT DE FABRICATION (F/H) on a full-time basis in France. This opportunity is presented through Randstad Inhouse, a unique concept of on-site interim agencies hosted directly within the production facilities of our clients. As an Agent de Fabrication, your day-to-day role will involve participating in manufacturing operations in accordance with production guidelines, safety standards, and quality requirements. Typical responsibilities for this type of role generally include:
- Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitoring the manufacturing process and performing quality checks on finished or semi-finished goods.
- Reporting any anomalies, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisors.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure workspace in compliance with internal company policies.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
