As a Registered Nurse within our intensive care unit, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with professional nursing standards and hospital policies. We are looking for a professional who is committed to clinical excellence, patient advocacy, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support critically ill patients and their families.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Assessing, monitoring, and managing the care of critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Administering medications, therapies, and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
- Maintaining accurate and timely patient charting and clinical documentation.
- Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Providing emotional support and clear communication to patients and their families during critical times.
- Adhering strictly to safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and hospital quality standards.
