This is a salaried position with an annual compensation of $62,798.
Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Delivering direct, individualized nursing care to rehabilitation patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assessing patient conditions, monitoring recovery progress, and updating care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Administering medications, treatments, and therapies safely and effectively.
- Educating patients and their families on post-discharge care, disease management, and recovery techniques.
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in patient records.
- Advocating for the physical and emotional well-being of patients throughout their stay.
