In this role, you will be on the front lines representing our company, working directly in the field to connect customers and maintain our service networks. While specific daily tasks may vary, typical responsibilities for a Field Service Technician include:
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cable, internet, and television services for residential or commercial customers.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with equipment, wiring, and signal reception in the field.
- Ensuring all installations and repairs meet high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Interacting professionally with customers, answering questions, and explaining service setups.
- Safely operating company vehicles and utilizing specialized tools and handheld devices.
We offer a competitive starting compensation package of $20.00 to $20.50 per hour, which equates to an annual salary of approximately $41,600.
