EE Retail is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Senior EE Retail Guide in a part-time capacity, based in Ewell, Epsom. This role offers an annual salary of £32,782 alongside a competitive and uncapped monthly commission scheme, allowing you to boost your earnings based on your performance.
As a Senior EE Retail Guide, you will act as a brand ambassador in our retail store. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers to understand their connectivity needs, demonstrating our latest mobile and broadband products, and providing expert advice. You will guide customers through purchases, resolve any queries with a professional approach, and contribute to achieving store sales targets while maintaining a welcoming and organized retail environment.
