Halco Trailers & Fabrication Pty Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Welder (First Class) to join our growing team on a full-time basis, working 38 hours per week at our location in the Baw Baw area. As an established Australian-made trailer manufacturer servicing Melbourne and communities across Victoria, we pride ourselves on producing durable, road-ready trailers designed to meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding and fabrication tasks to support our manufacturing operations. Your day-to-day duties will involve interpreting project requirements, working with various metals, and ensuring that all manufactured components meet our strict standards for structural integrity and craftsmanship. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their trade, works efficiently in a workshop environment, and contributes positively to our production team.
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following minimum requirement:
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience working as a Welder, Metal Fabricator, or in a closely related role.
We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $79,500 to $85,000 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
