Located in the Rutherford area within the Maitland region, our busy dine-in cafe and restaurant is a popular local spot dedicated to delivering exceptional food and welcoming service to our customers.
We are urgently looking for a professional who shares our passion for the culinary arts and is committed to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in daily kitchen operations, ensuring every meal served meets our quality expectations.
Your core responsibilities in this position will include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing a wide variety of fresh ingredients efficiently and safely
- Cooking dishes to order, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Managing overall food quality, consistency, and strict portion control
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborating effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members during peak service hours
This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from A$77,000 to A$82,000, commensurate with your experience.
