Mercy Health Australia is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join the team as a Patient Services Assistant on a casual basis at Werribee Mercy Hospital. As a Patient Services Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting hospital operations and contributing to a positive, welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and clinical staff. Your day-to-day responsibilities will generally involve assisting with patient support tasks, maintaining a clean and safe environment, facilitating internal transport or logistics within the facility, and working collaboratively across multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high standards of service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
