We are currently seeking a dedicated Cinema Worker to join the team at Event Cinemas Campbelltown. In this role, you will play an essential part in delivering exceptional customer service and unforgettable entertainment experiences to our guests in the Campbelltown area.
Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Greeting guests warmly and providing efficient, friendly customer service across various cinema touchpoints.
- Operating ticketing and concession point-of-sale systems accurately and handling transactions.
- Preparing and serving cinema food and beverage items while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Assisting with ushering, ticket checking, and guiding guests to their correct auditoriums.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the cinemas, foyer, and public areas throughout your shift.
- Working collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily cinema operations.
To be successful in this position, you should possess a passion for the entertainment industry and a genuine enthusiasm for creating great experiences for our patrons. Strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment are highly valued.
