Key responsibilities for this teaching position typically include:

Planning, preparing, and delivering effective, engaging curriculum-aligned lessons for primary students.
Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive student behavior and wellbeing.
Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on student progress, and adjusting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
Collaborating closely with colleagues, school leadership, and support staff to enhance whole-school programs and student outcomes.
Communicating regularly and professionally with parents and caregivers regarding student development and school activities.
Participating in ongoing professional development and contributing positively to the broader school community.

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet all relevant Queensland Department of Education teacher registration requirements and hold current teaching credentials as applicable within the state.
