Nationwide Group is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Service Delivery Manager to oversee our roadside operations based in Wangara, within the Wanneroo area. This is a full-time opportunity to lead and inspire our roadside assistance teams to deliver exceptional, reliable service to our customers when they need it most.
In this key role, you will act as the vital link between our valued contractors and internal operations, ensuring seamless support, strong engagement, and high standards of service delivery. You will be the driving force behind the training and development of our skilled roadside patrols, helping them reach their full potential while championing a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring roadside assistance teams and patrols.
- Managing day-to-day operational relationships and communication with contractors.
- Driving training and professional development initiatives for field staff.
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Fostering an environment of continuous improvement to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Serving as an escalation point for operational matters within the region.
